Bill Low, CEO, was raised just outside of Sunbury, Ohio, with five brothers. Bill serves as Chief
Executive Officer, overseeing all administrative aspects of the business. Bill is a graduate of
Heidelberg College. Currently, he teaches Health and Physical Education at Bellefontaine High
School. He has been employed there since 1994.
Bill's wife, Jennifer, has several years of experience in the swimming pool business as well and
serves in a vital support role to the company as well.

Matt Low
COO
Certified Pool Operator, National Swimming Pool Foundation
Matt Low, COO, is the youngest of the six Low boys. Matt's first job during the summer of 1996
was with Sandy's Pool Service. He continued to work for his Aunt Sandy until he assumed
ownership duties in 2001. Matt serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all field aspects
of the company. Matt married Kristy in 1999 and has one son, Jack.
